Our Story
Built In The Bahamas, For The Bahamas
Pro Maintenance Management started with a simple observation: property owners in Nassau were tired of calling three different contractors for three different problems, and tired of contractors who did not call back. So we built one team that handles it all: renovations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automatic gates, and access control.
Gate automation and fabrication became our signature. We design, weld, install, and automate gates that handle Bahamian salt air and daily use, and because our electricians wire them and our technicians maintain them, there is never any finger-pointing between trades. One company. One standard. One number to call.
Today we serve homeowners, property managers, gated communities, and commercial clients across New Providence. We plan, we renovate, and we maintain, and we earn our repeat business the old-fashioned way: by doing the job right the first time.
